I’m a fringe lover and as far as I’m concerned they’re never going be out of fashion. From the first time I set my eyes on the fringe pants I knew I had to make me a pair, the only problem was that I didn’t have the strength to start fraying the hem of my jeans. And then I thought to myself “I could use fringe trimmings “! And luckily I had some.
What you’ll need
* Fringe trimmings
* A pair of jeans
* Scissors
* Needle and thread
What you’ll do
* Locate where you want your fringe to start on your jeans and cut them out.
* Wrap the fringe trimming round the hem of the jeans and cut out. Add more pieces for a fuller look.
* Sew on the fringe to the edge of the jeans. This can be done by hand or using a sewing machine. For a layered look, add the pieces above each other.
* SLAY
I used approximately a yard of fringe trimming to achieve this look and it can be purchased at the local market for Four hundred naira per yard.
