DIY SHEET MASK

Glowing skin is a result of proper skincare. It means you can wear less makeup and let the skin shine through – Michel Coulombe

If you’ve been following me on Instagram (which you should btw) you’d know I’m on a journey to getting that perfect glow-ey skin and if you ask me, I’d say I’m not doing so bad. In today’s post I’m going to be sharing with you my personal DIY Sheet Mask recipe on how I achieve that inner glow. The Sheet mask I use is from Miniso, there are 35 in a pack and cost #1,000 (Which is a good buy if you ask me).

What you’ll need

Compressed sheet mask (Miniso)

Unsweetened Coconut water

Essential Oils (I used my Arawa Luminous Oil)

Aloe Vera Gel/Juice (Optional)

Highlighter (Optional)

DIY SHEET MASK

* In a bowl, pour in the amount of coconut water needed to make one mask and add a few drops of your essential oils to it. Add your Aloe vera gel and your highlighter (if you’re using Liquid Illuminators 3 drops is enough).

DIY SHEET MASK

* Drop your compressed sheet into the mixture and voila your sheet mask is ready to be used.

DIY SHEET MASK

* Leave on face for 10-15 minutes, then dab the remaining into your skin to lock it in and also distribute the highlighter evenly.

DIY SHEET MASK

* This mask can be used to achieve a no makeup look, all you have to do is set your face with your powder, add some more highlighter, some lip-gloss and mascara and you’re good to go!
